Terms & Conditions (Studios)

Welcome to the FSTVS website. If you register an account, subscribe to a package, post jobs, or continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern FSTVS’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘FSTVS’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Oak Gates, 157 Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0AD, United Kingdom. Our company registration number is 04453914. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Studio Profiles & Subscriptions

• Studio profile registration is free, and should be completed to the fullest ability where possible. Mandatory fields are required to ensure a successful registration; whereas optional fields can be left empty.
• It is prohibited for any studio profile to contain text, images, or links to job-specific information. Any profiles which do this will be blacklisted, and may result in account deletion and subscription termination.
• FSTVS offer a number of packages that cater to your job application requirements. These packages are subscription-based, and will be billed annually on the same day each year, unless cancelled.
• Subscriptions – also known as an ‘automatic payment’, ‘billing agreement’, or ‘recurring payment’ – are handled by Paypal. You must have a Paypal account to successfully subscribe.
• Cancelation of your subscription is managed solely through Paypal, and you can find out how to do this here: paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/what-is-an-automatic-payment-and-how-do-i-update-or-cancel-one-help240. You do not need to contact FSTVS or change anything in your FSTVS account settings.
• If you do not have a Paypal account, and have instead paid for you subscription as a PayPal Guest, you will not be able to cancel your subscription yourself. Please contact aloha@fstvs.net if this is the case.
• Due to the nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds or a cooling-off period once a Package subscription has been processed.
• Depending on your chosen subscription, you will be able to post a select number of jobs over a one-year period. If you do not use all your allotted posts in this period, they will expire and will not be carried over to the next year.

Job Postings

• Jobs must be submitted via our online form. A job may be submitted to one category only.
• Job titles must not contain the name of your studio or company. We reserve the right to remove any job posts that do not meet this criterion.
• The application deadline cannot be more than 30 days after the job is posted. Once the job has been submitted the deadline cannot be edited.
• It is prohibited to post any job which states the salary as ‘Free‘, ‘For Exposure’, ‘For Experience‘, or similar. We reserve the right to remove any job posts that do not meet this criterion. If the salary or budget cannot be stated at this stage, please type ‘Undisclosed’ or some such helpful information.
• When adding salary details, please include the currency symbol within the text.
• Jobs will automatically be classed as LIVE once they have been submitted. However, if the role is ‘WITHDRAWN’ or ‘FILLED’ before the deadline, this can be updated. After the application deadline passes, job posts are automatically marked as EXPIRED.

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
